FIDO Alliance passkey spec grants sites unilateral control over credential export and recovery

Passkeys shift authentication control from users to platform vendors and relying parties through mandatory sync and attestation. The FIDO Alliance structure excludes consumer advocates while embedding recovery restrictions that passwords and TOTP never imposed.
