The tool, called Axplorer, is designed to discover mathematical patterns that could unlock solutions to long-standing problems.
Axplorer is a redesign of an existing one called PatternBoost that François Charton, now a research scientist at Axiom, co-developed in 2024.
AXIOM: This could speed up math discoveries that end up in everyday tech like better apps or medical tools, showing how AI is becoming a sidekick for experts tackling hard puzzles.
