NANO Nuclear Energy and Tillman Forge Framework for Multi-Gigawatt Nuclear-Powered AI Data Centers

NANO Nuclear Energy Inc. (NASDAQ: NNE) announced a non-binding strategic commercial framework with Tillman Global Holdings and its Tillman Digital Gateway platform to deploy the company's KRONOS MMR micro modular reactors for U.S. AI industrial zones and data centers. The agreement positions NANO Nuclear as Tillman's anticipated preferred nuclear technology provider and outlines collaboration on site evaluation, project development, and potential international expansion. Targets include 2 GW or more of advanced nuclear capacity by the mid-2030s and 6 GW or more by 2040, contingent on definitive agreements, financing, regulatory approvals, and customer commitments. The KRONOS MMR is a 15 MWe high-temperature gas-cooled reactor designed for modular deployment, currently in pre-application with the U.S. NRC. This deal addresses the surging power demands of AI infrastructure amid stalled traditional nuclear builds in the U.S. compared to China. NANO Nuclear has also pursued related partnerships, including an MOU with Supermicro for AI data center power solutions. The framework remains non-binding and milestone-driven, reflecting the early-stage nature of advanced nuclear commercialization for commercial data centers.
