Svozil derives a coordinate-free test for pseudocontexts in finite hypergraphs, demonstrating minimal examples that force probability equalities in real and complex three-dimensional quantum mechanics. The work refines contextuality no-go theorems by separating structural overlaps from representation. Future experiments could test these equalities directly in small-dimensional systems.

A key limitation is restriction to finite hypergraphs in fixed dimension; infinite or higher-dimensional cases remain open. Strengthening would require embedding the 15-outcome real example into an explicit qubit-qutrit experiment with at least 10^4 detection events per context and statistical power above 0.99 to rule out hidden-variable models violating the predicted equality. Preprint status means peer review has not yet occurred.
